Thanks for your feedback and valuable recommendations for enhancement of the IBM Product Lifecycle website shared as well thru email and slack channel. 

We are taking into consideration all of the suggestions and are working towards their solutioning and implementation within the future releases of the site. 

The IBM Product Lifecycle website is continuously evolving towards expanding the value to the users by adding more capabilities and functionalities to respond to their needs and help simplify the experience.

Hello Iren,

while I knew the page, I wasn't completely aware, that you can now also search for hardware on this page, so thanks for make us aware of this.

However I also have a few items, I'd like to point out, that are a bid flawed:

  • the links to the announcements often don't work, especially for older products
  • since not every product is announced/withdrawn at the same time in all countries, shouldn't there be a country selection when you search?
  • In the search result list you see the announcement and the EOS dates, and in the details also the EOM dates. Can we please have the EOM dates on the initial search result list as well?
  • It's often the case you need to find you something about a feature code, licensing, ... so a link to the correct sales manual of a product would be extremely helpful

I'm sure there are more improvements that I could think of, but I'll leave it at this, as those are the most important ones: especially the links to announcement and sales manuals should be a high priority, to help us getting to information quickly
