Ulf Pansa is a leading member of IBM’s worldwide division of IBM Sustainability Software, Engineering Lifecycle Management in EMEA. In this role he helps clients and project teams to analyze and optimize their engineering environments, processes and tool chains for higher performance and more effective engineering results in a sustainable Industrial world.

Before he joined IBM in 2008, he was Managing Director of Telelogic Deutschland GmbH with international responsibility for Telelogic's business development of automotive industry solutions. One of his key successes was to establish the DOORS technology as leading requirements management platform between OEMs and Supplier in the international automotive industry.



Fariz Saracevic, Senior Product Manager, IBM

Fariz Saracevic is a Senior Product Manager, responsible for IBM Engineering Reporting solutions (Jazz Reporting Service, IBM Engineering Publishing and IBM Engineering Insights). Prior to this role, Fariz was responsible for IBM Rational Cloud strategy, IBM Rational solution for Agile ALM (https://jazz.net/agile/), IBM Rational solution for Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) and he was part of Automated Software Quality Product Management team responsible for automated functional solutions. He works closely with clients, the field, and development to ensure solution fit and readiness for the market.
