Word->DOORS Importer Creates Module but no Contents

    I am finding that the Word->DOORS Importer is not working running

    Office 2016
    DOORS 9725
    Windows 10

    The steps I follow are

    Create and populate a Sample Word Document with some content
    Login to DOORS with write access to current folder
    Click the Export to DOORS button in Word
    Hit Export
    Module 'Sample' gets created in DOORS and opens but no content is populated to the module

    Has anybody else experienced this?

    Did you find a solution?
