We run a batchscript which calls Rhapsody. The call works as intended, if we call the batch locally on machine. It also work, if we connect the agnet to Jenkins by webstart. But it does not work if we connect the agent by service. It is not a licence issue as Rhapsody seems to be started, logfile is created, but esecution is stopped at a certain point. We already checked that the service ir running with the same user, as locally. Any idea ? Best regards.

We now found, that if we use Rhapsody.exe it does not work, but if we use RhapsodyCL.exe, two of the three scripts that we run are executed correctly, if the Jenkins agent is running in service. The third script seems not to finish.
