  • 1.  Way to find out when a user has logged in DOORS 9.7?

Is there a way (a DXL perhaps) to find out, when a user has last time logged in DOORS 9.7?

We think there are several inactive users in our DOORS service, and we would like to get rid of them.

If you have the login history enabled (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/engineering-lifecycle-management-suite/doors/9.7.2?topic=database-login-history), you can check the login_history.txt file to find out the last time a user logged in.

If a floating or token license is used, you can use the IBM LKS Administration and Reporting Tool to monitor the time when users check out DOORS licenses.
