Thanks for this reply to my question(s). I have previously upgraded from 5 to 7.0.2 in multiple steps (5 to 6 first and then 6 to 7.02) with OS upgrades and a DB2 upgrade involved as well. We will use a test environment like we did last time to be safe.
I am glad to hear that we can go from 7.0.2 directly w/o first going to SR1. Since SR1 is iFix015, I wonder if it would be best to first get to iFix014 on our 7.0.2 version before upgrading to 7.0.3...

You can skip 7.0.2SR1 and upgrade directly to 7.0.3 iFix0005.
I have successfully upgraded multiple such environments, even upgrading directly from 6.0.6.1 to 7.0.3.
I think you need to upgrade the OS first to meet the compatibility list of SLES 15 SP4.

Subject: Upgrading from EWM 7.0.2 iFix007 to EWM 7.0.3 (server)
We have a SLES 15 SP1 EWM server at level 7.0.2 iFix007 and would like to upgrade it to 7.0.3.
The Interactive guide recommends to get to the most recent iFix level (which would be iFix029) but that would require a stand-alone, side by side install of 7.0.2 SR1 first
and then the upgrade to iFix029 (and then another side by side of 7.0.3).
Is this necessary? Or can I upgrade directly to EWM 7.0.3?
I posed this question on the Forum last week and it was suggested that I open a case.
Also, it looks like the minimum OS level recommended is SLES 15 SP4 - so perhaps we have to update the Operating System level first as well...
