Irene Podosenov is a Performance Architect for IBM Sterling Order Management. Irene has 15 years of IBM Sterling products Performance Assessments, Performance Health Checks, Performance SME support,Performance Testing and Tuning along with Capacity Sizing. Irene has a strong background in troubleshooting and performance tuning for both On-Cloud and On-Prem applications. Over the years, she has supported Holiday events for various customers, from preparing for the event through to successful completion.
Shoeb Bihari is a Technical Lead for Product Support for IBM Sterling Order Management. In his role, he focuses on Order Management on cloud operations, monitoring, performance and reliability. Shoeb has worked with major retailers, supporting them through holiday/event readiness peaks for WebSphere Commerce and now with Order Management.
