OMS on PostgreSQL
================
Our OMS on-premise customers on Oracle have asked us questions about availability of OMS on databses other than Oracle.
We have started deploying these changes to our 10.0 stream
Sep 2022 release - Whats New - Support for PostgreSQL database
The
Sterling Order Management Software
Operator now supports PostgreSQL database. For more information about enabling PostgreSQL in Developer Toolkit, see
Enabling PostgreSQL database for Developer Toolkit
. For more information about customizing containers for PostgreSQL, see
customization runtime for PostgreSQL
.
If you are interested in a deeper discussion - please contact Aaron Cutter on our PM team - Aaron Cutter <
Aaron.Cutter@ibm.com
>,
to be invited to a webinar on Dec 14th 9am EST.
It is for a smaller exclusive group
of On-Premise customers looking for alternatives to Oracle
and focus is on topical questions relating to Postgres and cloud deployments.
