We'd like to get some feedback from you on use cases and their benefits you've seen from having a connected commerce experience in the store. For example, the ability to allow customers to add additional items to their online order while in the store, or during in-store pickup. We expect such scenarios to be in DIY/Appliances/Furnishings spaces where customers typically change or expand their purchases while in store. Please let us know of any exemplar scenarios you have implemented that you would like to share with us and others in the user community.
