    I am working in an organization that will give support on Sterling OMS for its client, I need to create a presentation for a client where I need to mention how "IBM Sterling OMS" is better than other OMS (Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce), what are mainly key features IBM Sterling provide which other don't.
    let's suppose a client may ask:
    Why do I use sterling OMS?
    Who uses Sterling OMS? 

    Please answer the above questions.
