Why can't I download firmware using my serial number of my device? Do I have to have a paid agreement?

    please be sure you use the right serialnumber  7801AGL without the dashline. the Library is in warranty, so no supportcontract is needed.

    I tried this in FixCentral with Germany as destination and it worked with my IBM ID.
