    Hi all, I need help.

The machine code of the V3700 Storwize currently used by our company is 7.8.1.0. But I got a batch of Canister with machine code 7.8.1.13. Can I downgrade it to 7.8.1.0?

In fact, I've tried a Canister with code 7.8.1.7 to re-install the code for 7.8.1.0 before and it failed (power light on, fault light on, or only power light on) after running fine for a while. , I can't see it in the GUI anymore, does anyone know how to fix this?

v3700 is just a compact SVC cluster.  If you join the node to an existing cluster, the code should be copied from the live/pre-existing node(s).

You can also use the /service GUI to load specific code levels, reload code from the live node, eject and join nodes to the cluster, etc.  Each node's own IP address will respond to the /service URL, and then the primary/active node will respond on the cluster IP address as well.

    https://ipaddress/service
    login is forced to "superuser"
password is what you have set for that.

If you don't know the password, then log in with an admin account to the normal GUI, and update the password (and SSH key) for the "superuser" account.

I have tried this method, but it still doesn't work. Maybe downgrading from a higher version to a lower version will damage System Flash?
