  • 1.  System x3550 M3 servers, remote control not working

    I’m working on System x3550 M3 servers (configuring ILO) and I figure out that Remote Control is not working. (See screenshot) We have two servers both are pretty old so maybe this has never worked.
    If anyone can help in this one that would be great.

    It's a physical "key" you have to purchase and put on the motherboard. I think it's product no. 46C7526.

    I opened a server and I saw that device does not exist at all.
