Is there a way to limit the size of .LG0 and .LG1 files

  • 1.  Is there a way to limit the size of .LG0 and .LG1 files

We have some comms problem that is being hard to resolve, which makes agents cotinuosly disconnect and reconnect to RTEMs. As a collateral effect, .LG0 and .LG1 files are growing endlessly as they register every connection. While we find the solution, we would like to limit the size of these files if it os possible, so we don't get all clients FS full at the same time.

There is no way to limit the size of those files.

However, each time the agent is recycled, the LG1 file is erased, the LG0 file is renamed to LG1 and a new LG0 file is created. Thus recycling the agent twice would eliminate the issue.

Better yet would be resolving the issue... usually opening a case to IBM Support would be the first step. In the meantime, here is a document with the tests I use to identify some communications issues
