In the meantime, while you are waiting for the support, You can check the pool capacity numbers to look for any change.
Should there be any, that indicates the background process is still working.

Subject: FS9200 vdisks in deleting status
Hi,
We have an FS9200 with two vdisks that are in a deleting state. One has two copies and the other only one.
There are two Pools on the system each enabled for compression and dedupe and these "offline" volumes prohibits us from creating new volumes with space savings enabled. Normal volumes go through fine.
These vdisks have been in this state for weeks, how can I get rid of them?
Any command I run against them give the same message every time:
CMMVC8696E The command failed because the volume or a volume copy is in the deleting state.
Any help appreciated!
Stefan
