  • 1.  Accessing AWS S3 with Scale and AFM

    Has anyone successfully mounted an AWS S3 Bucket using AFM from a Scale VM inside AWS. Below are the commands we are using but they appear to complete successfully and the file-set is created but it is empty and won't mount. We have tried http https we can ping the endpoint and AWS CLI works fine from the VM.

    # mmafmcoskeys afmtocos1 set myexampleaccesskey1234$ myexamplesecretkey1234567890#

    # mmafmcoskeys afmtocos1 get myexampleaccesskey1234$:myexamplesecretkey1234567890#

    # mmafmcosconfig fs1 afmtocos1 --endpoint http://192.168.118.121 --uid 0 --gid 0 --new-bucket afmtocos1 --mode iw --object-fs

    David,

    your AWS S3 endpoint address looks suspicious. I'd expect that you to use one of the AWS S3 endpoint addresses specified here.
