A9000 Not Monitored in Hyper-Scale Manager

    Hello All,

    We have a A9000 which is accessible with XCLI fine. But it is not accessible from Hyper-Scale Manager.

    Error:  no connection.  Can't be loaded into Hyper-Scale Manager Connection Error.

    We tried adding it manually.  It gets added like:

    10.8.1.47               10.8.1.47,10.8.1.48     no connection   10.8.1.47:null:null:null    <=  It is not picking the correct Serial Number as well.

    How can we add it to Hyper-Scale Manager successfully.  Other A9000R is added fine already.
    And note that A9000 is accessible fine from XCLI.
    Please advise.
