    Dear Group Members,

I have some queries related to IBM FlashSystem 7200 /5100 from one of our end customers from financial sector if anyone can guide the appropriate answers  I will be grateful and appreciate your support here :
In Red Color are the queries listed . Query No 2 was answerable so i have wrote an answer to it. correct or addwhere required.

Query No 1 Description and make of the FlashCore modules in 7200/5100 (for 4.8,9.6,19.2,38.4 TB FCMs)

    Valid Answer Required :

Query No 2 - Back-end (drive) connectivity and drive interface / SSD form factor
My Answer (Please add or correct if required) -IBM® FlashCore Modules (FCM) are a family of high-performance flash cards in a standard 2.5", 15mm form factor. The FlashCore Module design utilizes the NVMe protocol, with a PCIe Gen3 U.2 backend interface, and use high-speed 3D- Triple Level Cell based NAND Flash memory to provide high throughput and IOPS with a consistent latency & provide significant performance improvements as compared to SAS-attached flash drives.

Query No 3- Max IOPs per FCM supported (4.8/9.6/19.2/38.4 TB FCMs)

     Valid Answer Required :

Query No 4:- Is there any way to find out Max IOPs on volume level for e.g 512GB or 1 TB volumes
    Valid Answer Required :

Query No 5:- Is there any way to find out Max IOPs per GB capacity level
    Valid Answer Required :

Query No 6:-  - SSD's garbage collection mechanism is by TRIM & UNMAP supported?
My Answer: FS7200 uses SCSI UNMAP for garage collection mechanism
