Moving to SAP HANA is a significant undertaking.  While every organization is unique, one thing is common about the move to SAP HANA – all the stakeholders want it to go smoothly and to deliver the best results possible.  Given the mission-critical role SAP applications perform in many organizations, this isn’t a decision to be taken lightly.  It requires a thoughtful approach, including but not limited to application prioritization, planning your approach, architecting a timeline to meet the 2027 SAP migration deadline, landing on deployment models and last but certainly not least - making critical underlying infrastructure choices.

Based on the magnitude of such an undertaking, you won’t want to go this alone.  You’ll need to lean on those around you.  Existing technology partners will be involved, you may also need to form some new relationships and certainly SAP will help you navigate the transition.  Further, it’s always wise to take a look at the experiences of those that have already migrated.  So why not take a look at a few examples of organizations that have successfully made the move to SAP HANA and the results they’ve seen running S4/HANA applications on IBM infrastructure.  Here are just a few that might give you a sense of what a successful migration to SAP HANA might yield for your organization:
