IBM works hard to minimize the problems that you might run into with IBM Storage Insights and the devices that you're monitoring, but occasionally they can't be avoided. To help get these problems resolved quickly, check out these tips.
To report a problem with an IBM device
that you're monitoring
, you can create and update tickets and automatically upload logs directly in the IBM Storage Insights interface! You can also give IBM Support permission to collect and upload log packages for storage systems without contacting you every time.
