 Newbie to Maas360, Newbie Questions

We just joined Verizon and Maas360. We are deploying iPads and iPhones. The onboarding agent didn't answer my questions very well , and rushed to complete.

1. In Maas360 is there a way to see all the ABM devices that have not been deployed yet?
2. The default IOS profile that was created disabled managed Apple ID. We just used a default user created in Maas360 and deployed the iPads with a restricted profile. What if I wanted the iPad to have an Apple ID so that they can Facetime, iMessage? How do I create a second profile to do that?
3. How do I create a profile for iPhones with a managed Apple ID and restrict all apps except in the catalog?
4. We currently have a default IOS profile that gets deployed to all devices. How can I create a second profile and more importantly select a specific profile I want deployed to that particular device? Can this be done at the time of deployment?
5. When wiping a device, it deletes the LTE eSIM setting. Is there a way to prevent that from getting wiped?

Each item you have asked about is do-able.  However there are multiple config steps required to get the necessary outcome.
