QRadar Support is hosting an office hours event to chat with users about QRadar software upgrades. During this session QRadar Support representatives will present information on how software upgrades work, discuss troubleshooting, provide tips, and answer Q&A chat questions from users. This session is an excellent opportunity to learn more about upgrades and ask questions of experienced support representatives. Both the session A and session B events are identical and open to any QRadar user at any experience level.
