Hello, we are currently trying to ensure that Android devices establish a connection with our corporate Wi-Fi profile through the Android Enterprise policy. Unfortunately, we are facing an issue where the devices do not connect automatically as expected. They remain connected to the configured network until we manually prompt them to forget the previous network or until we initiate manual connections.
How can we make MaaS360 force a WiFi connection to this 802.1x network, bypassing the previously saved WPA network?
This situation is causing functionality challenges, especially because we are tasked with managing more than 1500 devices.
