    Hello ,

    We started IBM Security verify trial version with our end user 3 months ago, we completed multi factor authentication installations with IBM Flashsystem 5200. During the trial period, we made the 3-year subscription payment through the distributor and conveyed it to the customer. The customer's current license appears under the MyIBM page. But we cannot access the systems because the tenant is suspended.

    If the license is wrong, can you ensure that the tenant is redirected to the correct license and that the suspended tenant is active again?
    Our end user is a government agency and they cannot access very important systems.
