    We are facing the following error in our playbook: "An error occurred while processing the action acknowledgement. Additional information: The requested operation could not be completed because of an error in a playbook. Have your System Administrator check the application log for details.
    Finished 'splunk_search' that was running in workflow '12135'
    Starting 'splunk_search' that was running in workflow '12135' "

    What logs will be useful to debug this issue?

    Would like to bump and add myself to this. We see this from time to time with Apps/Workflows. No other error message is associated with it, just "An error occurred while processing the action acknowledgement."

    Start by looking the timestamps of your error message and logs. Look after the script/workflow/playbook that executed in the time range.

    Check all logs (client.log, app.log, resilient-scripting, etc) on your appliance and/or integration server if you are on premise.

    I agree that sometimes the error messages are a little bit confusing but hey, we are developers, it should be our daily bread.

    Hello everyone, it's not as easy as it seems to identify this error.
