It is important to understand that application vendors have a responsibility to continually update their apps to facilitate the ongoing updates to both Android and iOS operating systems. When these vendors fail to make the necessary changes to their apps, it is not an issue caused by the device but is the result of an incompatible operating system on the device.
MaaS360 simply pushes both Android apps and iOS devices based on the configuration you set.
IF the app is not loading because it is not compatible with the version of the Android O/S on your devices, you will not be able to use the app until the vendor updates it.

Subject: Unable to install app on Android Devices
I am new to MaaS360 and having a problem with some apps that won't install on some devices. I can see the app in the AppCatalog, but when I try to manually install from App Catalog, Google Play reports, "This app isn't available because it was made for an older version of Android." Is there a way I can check why this is happening? Everyone has the same model of phone (Samsung S22) with all updates installed.
Thanks.
