  • 1.  To check how many days of data in Collector

    Hi Experts,
     
    Is there any option to view how many days of data are in the Collector? If yes, how can I view it in GUI or CLI?
     
    In our Collector, I have set the purge data days to only 2 days. However, the Collector's disk space usage is at 65%. I want to know if there is any old data still present. How can I check this?

    Hi

    The easy way would be to check your reports, and see how far back the data contained within the appliance goes back in the past.

    I'm sorry to say that their is no way from cli to check how old the data is in the appliance.

    Hi @ALBERT A,

    I use the built in 'Sessions per Day' report to determine if there is old data that didn't get purged properly.

    Albert,

    You may also want to run the cli command "support show large_files 10 0" and see if you see any old partitions in the listing.
