Same error to me ,
We started IBM Security verify trial version with our end user 3 months ago, we completed multi factor authentication installations with IBM Flashsystem 7300. During the trial period, we made the 3-year subscription payment through the distributor and conveyed it to the customer. The customer's current license appears under the MyIBM page. But we cannot access the systems because the tenant is suspended.
If the license is wrong, can you ensure that the tenant is redirected to the correct license and that the suspended tenant is active again?
Our end user is a government agency and they cannot access very important systems.
We work as IBM reseller. Can you contact us for support?

I created an IBM Case for this, but they sent me here.. I have never registered for the Security Verify Free Trail (Until right now), but last week we started getting an error when signing in with the SAML link for admins and we are unable to register new devices.. The error we are getting is attached..
We are currently sitting ducks as we can not register new devices.. Please help resolve this quickly..
