    Hi Team,

    As per the below screenshot, Able to resolve the hostname in one Guardium Server and not in another.

    But able to telnet, Is there any issue the Guardium Server.?

    Hello Phanendra,

    you can ask your Infra\Network team to add DNS entry for you, Also, you can add the manual entry using below command in Guardium as well.

    support store hosts 1.1.1.1.  smtp.com (FQDN)

    Do you have the same DNS server configured on both appliances? If so, can the second server reach it?
