Hi,
I have set up a Redis connection that I have attached to one of our web proxies.
In the trace log for pdweb.redis I can see a lot of commands being executed successfully, but I can also see this:
a) An error occurred while attempting to create the SSL handle!
b) Failed to retrieve a subscriber connection to the channel, __redis__:invalidate, for the *redis collection name* collection
c) The command failed: NOAUTH Authentication required
On top of that, I can only see isva-session-* and isva-client-isva-session* inside the Redis cache.
Inside of isva-session-* I can only see user unauthenticated under eb.user-name.
At this point I am not sure if it is working or not? But I am expecting the isva-user-* inside the cache which I cannot see.
Regarding a), I have added the root CA to the cert store being used, so not sure why it's complaining.
Regarding c), I am using primary key to connect to the Redis cache since it resides in Azure, so not sure what the message is about? It seems to come from the previous executed command:
Executing the redis command: CLIENT SETNAME
Any ideas?
