Bharadwaj,
as you may be aware of, things are changing fast momentarily.
Especially XDR will be available soon as a feature inside of the new QRadar+ architecture. XDR-C will connect your instance with the new XDR features.
QRadar SIEM still is a prerequisite in any form of deployment. AWS implemantation is one of them.
Please refer to https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/qsip/7.4?topic=qcmi-configuring-qradar-743-virtual-appliance-amazon-web-services
Regarding the new architecture we are currently participating in the worldwide beta program for XDR connect version 2.0. Access to documentation is limited AFAIK.
XDR beta is currently implemented as a CP4S feature based on a CP4S SAAS based deployment. The QRadar+ architecture will have XDR integrated as one option.
So your request maybe a bit too early. Please ask your technical IBM contact for more information. Also please have a look at the architecture for a 1st overview.
