  • 1.  Qradar VM can't ping Gateway

    Hello

    I have configure new vm for Qradar with then network Bridaged. Also i have configure Ip, networkmaks, gateway , dns  

    Also i did this configuration

    vi /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-ens33

    NAME=ens33
    DEVICE=ens33
    ONBOOT=yes
    IPADDR=192.168.8.10
    NETMASK=255.255.255.0


    vi /etc/sysconfig/network
    GATEWAY=192.168.8.1
    HOSTNAME=qradar.com
    NETWORKING=YES


    vi /etc/resolv.conf
    nameserver 192.168.8.1


    /etc/init.d/network restart

    But still i can't ping my Gateway from my QRadar. Kindly Guide me ?

    Hello,

    You need to use the qchange_netsetup utility to change the IP of the QRadar management interface as per this link: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/qradar-using-qchangenetsetup-command-change-ip-address-qradar

    you have to use this script also for changing the hostname.
