Hi Ryan:
There's three things that are typical issues with the fileserver command:
- Firewall isn't opened on port 8445. You can run command 'support show port open <appliance_ip> 8445'. A timeout would indicate port issue.
- Your login IP 10.10.10.2 is wrong. You can determine your login ip by running the command 'show system loginip'.
- There's a DNS issue. Try using the appliance's IP address instead of the host name in the fileserver address (example https://100.50.22.2:8445).
Based on your picture, I'm going to assume it's #2 and your fileserver command should be 'fileserver 10.10.136.2 1200' instead of 'fileserver 10.10.10.2 1200', but it's best practice to run 'show system loginip' and use the output of it for the <<ip_address>> in the 'fileserver <<ip_address>> <<duration>>' command string.

Hi experts:
I have a web site on my Guardium system using fileserver, but when I type https://cm01.51sec.org:8445 into the web page, I can't access the web page
