thats not what we were expecting. Can you show me the first 30 lines of C2RP3@@S ? And also show me the first line of the sysprint after you returned to the RA.U input panel. It should contain info about the version of the CKRCARLA program.
i see you use the default names for the zSecure data sets (like CKR.SCKRPLIB). Do the SMP/E dddefs also point to these (eg are you runnning from the installation datasets ?) And did you install zSecure 2.5.0. in new datasets or did you apply the zSecure 2.5.0 FMID's and PTFs in the same target zone as 2.3.1 ?
Sorry for all the questions but it looks like there is a mismatch somewhere and we are trying to figure out where.

Hi Abdennacer,
Your problem indicates that you are using the 2.3.1 version of the C2RP3@@S panel.
Please use DDLIST on the command line, and then use M C2RP3@@S to search for this panel.
Then please use V(iew) on this panel, go to the bottom and check if there is a history line with the "2.5.0" release.
And please also check that there are not multiple versions of this panel in your DDLIST.
Regards,
Ronald van der Laan.

Hi Sander,
I type R in the column R of the RIRP. When i type enter it goes without doing anything.
For information, we use this overtyping in the old version 2.3.1 and it works.
And I see in the documentation of 2.5 that the overtyping fields is working on that version.
Regards,

I think I have a better understanding now that I look in more detail to the screenshot of the RIRP column. It appears you cannot even type R there.
In the 2.5.0 release we made a change in the code for exactly these columns. I will review those changes and see if I can figure out why your display fails.

Hi Abdennacer
Thanks for your screenshots.
I don't see where you entered R in the first screenshot. Could you make a screenshot after you typed the R and pressed enter? There should be a message displayed in the top-right corner.
For reading SYSPRINT, you first need to leave the report (but not zSecure) with PF3.
thanks

Hello Abdennacer,
Sorry to hear you have this problem.
I understand you entered the R below the first R in RIRP on RA.U? Or did you type R on the detail panel behind "Revoked (may be by date)"? Did you get a message in the top-right corner?
Could you send two screens:
1. a screen of RA.U after you pressed enter
2. a screen of the SETUP CONFIRM settings, to verify the queue / execute and confirmation settings.
You could also check SYSPRINT output after trying the Revoke action. When a command is created, the end of SYSPRINT should have a message like the following
CKR0960 00 Written altuser USER999 revoke
If that's not there, then other SYSPRINT messages may be of interest.

Hello,
After migrating Zsecure 2.3.1 to 2.5, the feature of overtyping fields in panels is not working.
If we list a user in the Admin and we type R in the Revoke Field, it does nothing.
I checked in the Setup - Confirm that the "Overtype fields in panels" is selected.
My questions are :
- How to diagnose that problem in order to fix it?
- Where can I found the Log messages of that kind of actions ?
