IBM Security Verify

I have configured the SAML Federation as ISAM as a service provider, two vendors using same application i have done the configuration for one is successfully working, but the another one with same config not throwing any logs/error, only webseal hit i can see in request log but in federation logs no entry . no errors.. please suggest.

Turn on pdweb.snoop trace and see what is coming in to WebSEAL, and what the WebSEAL response code is.
