    Paid version of MaxMind
    What do you get with paid version of MaxMind?
    What is full accuracy?
    I get Registered, Physical, zipcode and map with default version. 


     where paid customers who have the full accuracy feed has a unique user ID number and license key.

    I think this is what you are looking for: https://www.maxmind.com/en/geoip2-city-accuracy-comparison.

    The free MaxMind account uses the GeoIP2Lite database, which is less accurate than what is described in the paid version above ^^ in the GeoIP2 accuracy link above: https://support.maxmind.com/geolite-faq/general/what-is-the-difference-between-geoip2-and-geolite2-databases/
