  • 1.  ISVG (v10) CSV recon not working as expected

    Problem: when running a recon for multiple times (as described on https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/sig-and-i/10.0.0?topic=integration-connector-csv-target-system-assignment-sync-full) the first run performs like expected. Creating accounts and permissions and attaching them to the users. The second (and subsequent) runs are not working as I expect.
    Instead of only processing the differences in the files, users that do not have changes in the files are losing permissions.

    Reproduce:
    - configure csv connector as in (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/sig-and-i/10.0.0?topic=integration-connector-csv-target-system-assignment-sync-full)
    - create persons (default ou) with corresponding user-ids as in the files
    - create files with syntax as described in webpage
    - upload/recon a first file with some users & permissions
    - result as expected
    - upload second file with same users but small change in permissions
    - run recon
    - permissions are not ending up in ISVG as in the second file.

    Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug in the CSV connector ?

    Update (solved)

    The documentation is incorrect. You should add the application name to the csv as well and map this in the connector.
