    Env: ISIM 10.0 on WAS 9.0.06 and RHEL 7.9 with an Oracle database and IDS LDAP server.

    I have 3 users that seemingly refuse to have their data actually updated via reconciliation. I run the recon and I see that it was successful, and I see the new data and all of the changes in the audit trail through the GUI. However, these users aren't being updated. The old data remains, and the erlastmodifiedtime field is not changed. Other users IN THE SAME reconciliation do get updated, but not these. I don't see any errors unique to these users in CTGIM/logs, and nothing in SystemOut.log. Is there something else I can check? 

    I've also tried manually updating a field. That works great. But I then re-try the recon, and it still acts exactly the same. Everything in ISIM shows that it was successful, but the users aren't updated.

    I have found the problem. There is something in the workflow that's silently rejecting the changes. I found that out by sending the data to ISIM directly via a JNDI connector to a service with workflow disabled, and the changes were successful. So now I need to dig in the workflows, operations, etc.
