How do I generate a CSR and import the certs back from the certificate authority for the console?

    I am trying to set up the following site on Digicert:

    I have no clue how to generate a CSR from here and send that off to Digicert and then import the cert back from Digicert.  Tried opening up a case with IBM but that is not going well.  They sent me a couple of RTM links but I'm doubting if they are for this part of it.  Or I really didn't see a way to generate the CSR.
