Josh,
I think that problem is simple.
Chibueze wrote that he has not NTP server and tries point localhost.
Chibueze, to synchronize time you must have NTP server access (even public if your appliance has access to the internet)
In case of no NTP synchronization, please setup correct timezone and use command suggested by Josh to manually set correct date and time.

Hi Chibueze, when you say it hasn't synched with your system time which 'system' are you referring to? Have you specified the timezone\date time using these commands?
store system clock datetime
store system clock timezone

Subject: Guardium Timezone Issue
Hi,
My appliance date-time ever since installation hasn't synched with my system timezone. I don't have an NTP server to synchronise the time. But i keep changing the appliance date/time to synchronise. I have even tried setting my ntp server to localhost.localdomain and 127.0.0.1, just to see if it would sync but no positive result. This has been on-going in a while.
Kindly need assistance.
