Though if this folder doesnt exist, I would say that the main install did not complete correctly.

currently i could provide the file from the directory /opt/qradar/support/get_log.sh -dsa as you mention above.
the "support" directory doesn't exist in my system

This has been seen as a more general error in the past.
Support would need the full logs to investigate why it has occured in your instance.
In this case I believe it would be best to open a support case providing a new set of get_logs.
Run the command below and provide the logs created in /store/LOGS to the new case:
/opt/qradar/support/get_log.sh -dsa
