Failover STAP Status Showing Red(InActive) but After Refresh it came Up(Green)

    Hello Seniors, Hope all is well.

    I would like to understand one phenomena. One of our Collector went down, now the STAP which were pointing to this collector Failed Over to secondary collector - but, on the Secondary Collector some of them are showing "InActive (Red)" state but, soon after clicking on little "Refresh" button as highlighted below in the screenshot. it came Up and Showing "Active" (Green) state.

    Now, I need to understand why it was showing InActive state although it failed over but just clicking on Refresh button it came up.

    Also, Did Guardium missed/lost the Traffic while STAP on Failed Over and still on InActive Mode. 

    Also, is there Major role of "Refresh" button on STAP Control for particular STAP Host. Can we do refresh for all the STAP hosts from the CM.     

    Requesting you please try to make me understand this scenario as I am beginner in this IBM Guardium. Thanks in advance.
