Hi Stephen,
I'm thinking that you got to create the initial Resilient user account within the shell console.
The license is also to be applied in the shell console.
These steps can be found in the product manual:

Subject: Default Login for .OVA
We are testing a pilot program and my Director sent me two .OVA of SOAR. They load great and the OS request to set a password for root and resadmin. Once that is complete I'm dropped into the shell. After trying to access the Web Console in order to apply the license keys it simply ask for email and password. No combination of anything will work. I attached a screenshot. What am I missing?
Most of the documentation is having an .ISO and you mount, run commands to setup email smtp or localhost and login with that. Other docs show login with admin login but that never works. I had this on VMWare Esxi and then for testing simply moved to VirtualBox. Every time it just prompts for this same login.
