Hi Team!

I did not know how to add custom data tables to my incidents. I simply could not find that option in the dashboard. Suddenly, one day I found that option below incident fields in the customization settings. I thought how could I had never seen that option before. Then I was able to create one data table.


But now I can no longer see that option again. I am wondering if I was looking in a different place or that option only appears sometimes.


I am the master administrator for that local Resilient v41 instance.

Any ideas on what I might be doing  wrong?

By checking all options I have found that the Data table option appears when I select Incident Close in the Incident customization option.

Is this the normal behaviour? Why data tables appear only when customizing the Incident Close?
