Hi,

HTML tables in rich text fields is a new new functionality in SOAR v51.0.

After experimenting with this a little, I found no way to resize a column after creating a table in a note.  The width of the columns are equally distributed and they do not resize according to their content.

The same thing happens when using the JSON2HTML function from the package "Utility Functions for SOAR".  Although the function generates <td> tags with no width parameter, the columns sizes are not fitted to their content as should be the case.

Is there a parameter somewhere to correct this behavior?

Your observation is correct. The table/column width adjustment is not possible at present but we are looking into it. Thank you.

I am happy to share with you that the table/column width adjustment capaiblity is enabled in SOAR V51.0.1.0. Please give it a try and let us know if you have any feedback. Thank you.

Curiously, this is not mentioned in the What's new section of the documentation.  I think it should have been.
