    Hi All,

    Collector Cli password is getting denied and tried to reset the password.

    After re-entering the new password, the page gets exit. unable to change the password and found the error that "cant connect DB".

     Kindly find the attachment for your reference.

    Hi Sathya,

    Off the top of my head, I would ask if this is a new collector that may not have the latest upgrade patch for the mysql cert issue that hit around 4/2.

    Or your the database is down due to a patching issue or some other issue. 

    If it is a VM, you might make sure the underlying infrastructure is ok.

    It is hard to troubleshoot with limited information. Best case is to open a support ticket and provide the root passkey and they can login and see what is doing on.
