  • 1.  Chrome extension wont recgognise

    Help

    Been using Rapport for  many years.  Yesterday I had a message to say updates required, it normally automatically updates. 

    It wouldn't update manually so I reinstalled and added the chrome extension again but for some reason  the grey rapport icon wont go green on a protected site!!

    And everytime I reboot I get this message

    What has gone wrong.  Extension has been enabled Any advice appreciated

    Hi Julia,

        I suggest you raise a ticket to the Trusteer Support team and they should assist ....assuming your banking application is on our list of clients.
