  • 1.  Can't add Android app

    Hi,

    When I try and add a new app from Google play store to the app catalogue, the following error is displayed. 

    It was working last week.

    Any ideas please?

    Hi Andy

    From experience this sort of thing can be a local pc or browser cookies issue. 

    Suggest you test on another pc, delete cookies/temp files and try again. 

    If still not working please raise a Support ticket.

    Hi Eamonn,

    I tried deleting the cache and cookies, using a different PC and browser as suggested and it's still coming up with the error. I tried raising a ticket with O2 helpdesk but they haven't got back to me.
