Cannot Reset IGI Connector

    Hi All,

    We faced difficulties while resetting the IGI connector. Right now We can't do the log sync, We have had something like this before and solved it by resetting the connector. However, when we want to do a reset we get an error that we cannot run the reset because there are still unprocessed events. We have made sure that there are no unprocessed events. We need to do this to get new role from target application.

    Can you help us to figure out what the problem is? Or how to make sure again whether there are still unprocessed events?
