  • 1.  Cannot install Apps

    Hi,

    We seem to have an issue deploying MaaS on one particular model of mobile. (Samsung A21S) 

    Start setup by scanning our normal QR code. 

    User is in the correct group for App download.

    MaaS installs fine.

    No Apps are installed.

    Go into the App Catalogue (on mobile).

    App install opens in Google Play.

    Have an error message saying 'Your Administrator has not given you access to this device'

    Have tried wiping phone and reinstalling twice now but with same error.

    All our other Samsung mobiles install OK. (Various models).

    Any ideas please?

    Answering myself.... The apps finally started installing over an hour after the phone had been set-up. On good Wi-Fi connectivity. Why would it take this long?
